When you click the “Join us” button, you are redirected to Ticket Tailor, where registration and ticketing are managed. Through Ticket Tailor, we may receive personal data that you provide during the registration process, such as:

• Any additional information you voluntarily provide during registration

When you click the “Newsletter / Email Updates” option, you are redirected to a Google Form where you can choose to subscribe to email updates. Through that form, we may collect:

• Source of subscription, such as the Sensing Lisbon website or Google Form

Registrations for Sensing Lisbon are managed through Ticket Tailor. When you click “Join us”, you will be redirected to Ticket Tailor. The data you provide there is processed for registration, ticketing, payment and event administration purposes.

Ticket Tailor may process personal data as a service provider and may also apply its own privacy and security terms. We recommend that you review Ticket Tailor’s privacy information when completing your registration.

6. Newsletter and email updates

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or email updates, we will process the personal data you provide through our subscription form.

We use this data to send occasional email updates about Sensing Lisbon, future gatherings and related learning opportunities hosted by Lúcida.

The legal basis for this processing is your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at hello@sensinglisbon.com or by replying to any email update with “unsubscribe”.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before the withdrawal.
